I offer workshops, retreats, and speaking engagements that explore creativity, sacred practice, and embodied ritual through art-making and hands-on creative experience. I draw primarily from the depths of Jewish mysticism — a tradition I love and have spent a lifetime studying — and weave it together with earth-based and contemplative practices from across traditions.

The Creative Rest Studio

The Creative Rest Studio is a pop-up creative rest lounge designed for retreats, conferences, and gatherings. It offers a calm, restorative space where participants can step away from intensity and reconnect with creativity at their own pace.
This is not a scheduled class, but a thoughtfully curated drop-in experience. Participants can choose from guided projects with clear instruction or explore open-ended materials for intuitive creation. Offerings can be themed to align with your event and adapted for different group sizes, budgets, and levels of immersion. Rooted in mindfulness and wisdom traditions (with Shabbat-friendly options available for Jewish gatherings) the studio creates an atmosphere of reflection, beauty, and meaningful engagement.
